Mary Lyons

Mary serves as the Director of Programs for GCCA. She joined the staff in June 2018. Her responsibilities include planning professional development conferences and other events, acquiring grants, and working with the Early Education Development Alliance. After attending Louisiana Tech University for two years, Mary moved to Georgia and found her passion in Early Childhood Education. She worked in various capacities for over 27 years as a teacher, support staff, and administrator. She also served as a board member with GCCA for over nine years, collaborating with other board members to serve our industry in Georgia.
