You were right…You know your EED Form requirements!

Thanks to all of our members who let us know about audit citations for “expired” EED forms. We brought the issue to the attention of Deputy Commissioner Susan Adams who looked into the issue at our request. And YOU were right! The EED forms DO NOT expire. This was a result of inexperienced auditors, and DECAL has corrected the issue with all Pre-K auditors.

DECAL is in the process of reversing all citations that have been issued against providers regarding EED forms. If you have been incorrectly cited for expired EED forms, DECAL has asked that you contact Jackie Shivers at Jackie.Shivers@decal.ga.gov to make sure this finding is reversed.
